Amberlicious Cakes- My one talent that I exploit to it’s fullest
I’ve been decorating cakes for several years now. In 2006 I started my baking business Amberlicious Desserts by Design. I love the creative outlet that cake decorating gives me. This year I’m trying to experiment with new flavors, new methods of design and growing my portfolio.
Here is a gallery of some of my cakes. There are a couple in there that I didn’t do- the castle and the strawberry shortcake.
I am a friend of Hope’s…did her survey, thus finding your site. I just wanted to leave a quick note to tell you I LOVE your cakes. I am an aspiring pastry chef…..and just a baby in caking making. I hope I get as good as you.
Did you do the black and white fondant? You left a comment on my bloggy ever so long ago about never being brave enough to do a wedding cake. *wink* looks like you got there! I’m totally stealing your tea table cake to do for J on her fourth b-day. Awesome idea.
