I’m sorry. I’ve been busy! I promise! I’ve got proof!!!

I’ve been sewing and made myself a totally cute bag for church. See??

I went to the library and got lots of books I’ve been working (which reminds me I need to update my book list).

I’ve also discovered Internet Scrabble- totally fun. Apparently I look like this a lot- except not quite as cute.

You can’t really see it in the small picture- but she’s totally looking at my out of the corner of her eyes.

I also started the South beach Diet. It’s going well. Really well. So yay for me! I”ve got more- I’ll be back sooner then 11 days. Sorry about that.

  1. love the bag… love it!

  2. Totally agree on the bag. Did you use a pattern or just make it up? I have been thinking of trying some purses or bags too… because I need more projects, yeah.

  3. Very cute bag and very cute lil girl :)

  4. Cute bag, Amber!

  5. Thanks! I just made up the pattern. Put pockets where I wanted them and the size I wanted them. I had some issues with sizes of the sides- but I finished it so it looks like they’re they size they are on purpose.

  6. That’s a cool bag! You are so talented. Wendi

  7. Hey, industrious lady! Cute bag (and toddler ;))!

  8. I like the baby at the laptop. Nothing like learning from example!

Glad you are still around and doing great! The bag is very cute indeed.

  9. I was wondering where you were. Even I, in my languishing, have posted more often! ;)

Good job on the bag, BTW.

  10. totally cute bag!! I love internet scrabble too. It makes me feel smart.

  11. Cute bag, and baby!

  12. Loved the bag and the kid. Glad to see that you’re teaching your kids what’s most important in life. So do you have a pattern for the bag. I could use one like that. We could even go into business making and selling them online. What do you think?

    Love,
    Mom

  13. Thanks everyone!

Connie- it took me about four days of doing nothing else to accomplish that. Pretty sure I can’t charge enough to make more then a penny an hour for my time! I just made the pattern up- made it deep enough to fit my primary songbook- and wide enough to fit my scriptures, the primary song book and a hymnbook.

  14. I’m spending part of my girls’ naptime to read through your archives. Can I just say, I think you’re fabulous?

And I am so addicted to internet scrabble now, and it’s all your fault!
