you are CHOICE–what fun–this is such an absolute Amber experience, as your heart just lives and breathes to love people, and here you’ve got such a lovable one at such easy access–what a perfect fit–I feel like you’ve just moved to China though, there is so much freshness in all of your description! and potstickers (we called them “gyoza”–Japanese style) were what I asked for on my birthday dinner every year growing up–never even THOUGHT about making the dough!! (but if they have gluten free pasta, I bet you could do this too!). I make them every once in a while now (like for New Years and that’s it), and it makes me tired just to see that many all at once!! I’m SOO happy for you making that food connection

Oh My! Don’t you love great boarders/roommates/ house guests? Ben called me at work the other day and asked if I would mind if he made salsa with all the extra tomatoes. UM, no, not at all! Then when I came home for lunch he and Michael were cleaning the garage. I asked, “What prompted this garage cleaning?” Ben said, “I was bored and saw it was on Michael’s list, so I thought we might as well get started.” I’m keeping him forever!
