  • 3 tomatillos, husked and chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Why would you post this when I have no avocados in the house?!?! Sob.

This sounds awesome! One time, I had made a avacodo, corn, bean, tomato dip (with some other stuff. I think it’s a Paula Dean recipe.) and Emily came to visit. She was cleaning out my fridge and said it was molding. I said, I just made that salad! It had avacados in it! She said, “OOPS.” It was so good! Maybe I’ll make it again next week! Or I should try your recipe here!

This looks really good. I’ve never chopped tomatillos up…Just pureed them. Sounds awesome though.
