Some tips if you ever plan on renting
You might want to avoid the following:
1. Hanging up on potential landlord when she says that she needs 3 refrences- not a good plan
2. Sometimes less is more. Not really wanting to know about the vasesctomy that you got 30 years ago.
3. Also not feeling good about renting my home to you when you tell me that your children kicked holes through two of your current rental home’s doors.
4. Really not a good idea to talk about how you always pay your rent, well, except that one time but you got caught back up.
5. Or that while you pay your rent you don’t always get to the medical bills.
6. When you come to see the home you stay 3 hours- make ‘funny’ comments about every question asked on the rental application and just assume that we’ll be renting to you.
7. Saying that you don’t have the deposit right now- but could get it to us before moving in. If you can’t pay the deposit how are you going to pay the rent?

You promised you’d keep that stuff between you and me! Especially the part about my vasectomy at age 1!
DUDE! don’t you remember the hell we went through with renting? I hope you get someone good. It really does pay to hold out and to check every reference. Good luck
yikes! Good luck.
We don’t have weird friends, so where do the weirdos in the public world come from?
