What day is that?  The day that a rich family member dies (you know, one I don’t know so I’m not heart broken about) and leaves me a fortune!!  Well folks, my ship has come in! YAY! I’m going to go ahead and share with you the very private and personal email that I received today the one where he knows my last name because it is the SAME as his client!! Handy that he didn’t even have to address it to me at all because of that.

I am Alex Thompson An attorney at law.

A deceased client of mine, that shares the same last name as yours, died as the result of a heart-related
condition on March 12th 2005.

His heart condition was due to the death of all the members of his family in the tsunami disaster on the
26th December 2004 in Sumatra Indonesia .

I can be reached on (alexthompson2010@hotmail.com) My late Client has a deposit of Eighteen Million
Dollars ( US$18 MillionDollars) left behind.   Contact me with my private email

address: alexthompson2010@hotmail.com forus to discuss further.

Thank you and remain blessed with your family.

Best regards,

Are people really that gullible?

That made me laugh really hard. His heart condition was due to the loss of family members???? hahahahahahahaha Not that that couldn’t happen, but that’s just unbelievable.

I must not be related to you, because I haven’t seen that email.

I do, however, have a rather wealthy NIgerian prince who keeps promising to send me a vast part of his fortune.

And I’m still waiting for that check from Bill Gates……………..

How ironic that we BOTH had a distant rich relative die and the two of them would have the same lawyer? What are the chances???????

I can’t remember which news show did a story about this, maybe 20/20? There were also a few people on the Oprah show discussing how they were sucked in to the scheme. No matter how much people said they were “just trying to help someone in need. I wasn’t doing it out of greed to get any money for myself,” I just couldn’t believe that they gave thousands of dollars out of the goodness of their heart. I was even more shocked that they were willing to show their faces on TV as people that were “victimized” by these email scams.

I’ve been a billionaire about 100 times over with the number of emails I’ve received (mostly at work) promising me lots of money…

Yes. Yes, they are that gullible. It took a couple talks for my husband to convince my dad that there really wasn’t an Internet lottery and his email address didn’t really win several million dollars.
