Is your bowl half full, half empty or spilled all over the table, dripping on the floor and tracked through the house?

There's another issue in our family with Bladder nerves. The bladder stretches and stretches, yet the nerves don't say, "Hey, You've gotta go now!" Until all the sudden, it's a major EMERGENCY! One way to work on this is to make sure to have a set bathroom time. Say every two hours. (That's really how much every body should be going anyway.) She might really have to go and not realize it.

Lea was wetting the bed nightly, when she was 6 or 7 and the dr said that constipation pushed on the bladder causing her to need to empty it more frequently. He gave us some musinex or something and it did seem to help.

Mason had blood in his urine and we did some blood tests, all came back normal, so we had to retest the urine 3 months later. It still had a little blood, but it was less so we had to go back in a month later. It was all better, I guess (they never gave me numbers or anything). I ended up giving him cranberry juice for a few weeks to see if that would help. No idea if it did or not but the blood was gone :)

Emily had constipation issues too. One thing that could be happening is that she could have a fissure in her anus because when her poop is really hard it is just plain BIG and can split the skin. It is possible some blood from that got into her urine. Maybe work on the constipation issues and retest later for blood/ bacteria in the urine. Constipation cure is: no bananas, no apples (pectin makes it worse) prune juice, dark corn syrup added to liquids and Colace syrup. Lots of whole grains... lots of liquids.
