It's wider than the rest of the text in the center frame. Notice if you scroll to the bottom of the text (start of the sidebar) that there is a little indent mark in the dark blue background. That indent is how wide the text frame <i>should</i> be. The additional background area to the right of this mark is due to the "too wide" picture you added in-line with the text. That extra width doesn't leave enough room for your sidebar, so it got bumped to the bottom. Delete or resize the picture and the rest should fix itself. Ditto the “Works for Me Wednesday” comment.
