I finished earlier than this 11:50pm posting I promise! Here are the afters (scroll down for the befores)
Everything has a bucket or a bin to go in. I do need to label them still so that everyone can ‘get’ the system. I hate towel storage though- anyone have a good idea for that? They never seem to stack nicely.
See! There is even extra space!!
I love using shoe hangers on the back of closet doors. It’s a nice place to store misc. stuff- or small things that don’t ‘go’ anywhere. I also like it to keep stuff in that I use often and I don’t want to have to dig through a box for (or go downstairs for- carpet cleaner, lotion etc)
Tomorrow? The PLAYROOM. (Eeek!)

Woo hoo!!! That is awesome! I need to get to the toys as well!
Looking good. Yea for shoe hangers! I love them too, hats, gloves and mittens in the entry! And
My friend Sirpa ROLLS her towels instead of folding and swears by it.
I really need to organize my closets. Towels are not quite as much of a problem for me as blankets and sheets. I would just do like my grandmother and store them all on the beds themselves, but I still have bedwetters. That would sort of defeat the purpose of having extra blankets and sheets.
Maybe I will try rolling them. (That should work GREAT with the bedspreads. Haha.)
My kitchen cupboards are disaster areas, so the photos of your organized pantry are making me jealous. I think that there’s probably no hope for mine.
Looks lovely!
Love how you use the shoe holder - brilliant!
I fold towels in thirds, rather than halfs. They’re taller and skinnier as a bundle that way, but they stack neater and look nicer.
Wow, I’m so jealous. Everything looks great. I am in need of this big time.
I love the shoe holder idea and I just might have to steal it.
Nice blog!
Incredibly impressive! We have wire shelves in the line closet and my bottles are always falling over. I will definately be getting a shoe hanger.
And it was really fun today at lunch. A first date and I wasn’t even the nervous! See? We are meant to be.
