A Sunday Funny

So our second week in our new ward Megan disappeared from her primary class. Her teacher and the primary presidency was frantic and terrified that I’d be really upset. She’d said she was going to the bathroom and just didn’t come back. Now knowing Megan I figured she was hiding somewhere in the church building because she’s a stinker like that. Anyway, we found her and stuff.

Steve and I are now primary teachers and are in junior primary with Megan, but we’re not her teachers. So today I see her ask her teacher if she can go to the bathroom. She walks out the door and one of the presidency immediately gets up and follows her (I’m assuming this is now standard procedure.) Megan comes back safely. When we’re dismissed to go to classes Megan comes over to me and starts crying because she wanted to hide and couldn’t. LOL.

  1. That story totally made my day. At least she is honest right?

  2. what a stinker!

  3. that’s awesome!

  4. That is an awesome story. I’m guessing the primary presidency might have wanted some backup damage control?

I don’t know whether to root for the secret stalking bourne presidency or for poor megan whose plans were sabotaged.

  5. Poor Megan, but I do have to say Yea to the presidency for keeping tabs, having lost kids myself at church before. . .

  6. That’s too funny.
    She couldn’t hide again.
    HA!

  7. My friend’s son is the same way! And the Primary Presidency basically has to watch him go to the bathroom, too. Hehehehehe…

  8. What a little stinker! LOL! I think it’s good a member of the presidency followed her. Creeps can come into churches and take innocent little children, I don’t think they should ever be left alone. Maybe I’m too paranoid.

  9. Lol! I’m just cracking up! You know, I think that’s the way of little girls. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky.
