You may have noticed my ticker on the side. I’m 7,168 words behind Jessica.  She is also participating in NaNoWriMo and we’re competing in a word war.  She is where she should be for today (although by the end of the day she should be at 25,000 and so should I).  Anyway, I am behind.   I’m struggling to keep up. Something about four kids and a couple of busy days and I just can’t seem to keep up.  So do me a favor will ya?  Go heckle her.  ‘Here batter batter batter’ and the like. Distract her, send her links to time wasting computer games.  Go doorbell ditch her (in blog style- which I’m not exactly sure how that works).  Then come clean my house so I can concentrate.

I’m not sure how I’m going to write 50,000 words by the end of the month and travel to New Mexico for Thanksgiving.  I need to make up some serious ground.  Or find a laptop to borrow to take with me so I can type in the car why we drive.  Here is to catching up this weekend!  (I know, I said that last weekend too).
