I’ve been listening to it all week. It’s music from the internet. I know- you’re not excited yet. You will be soon. You can create your own ’stations’. You choose a favorite artist and it plays that artist plus other similar artists. You can add more than one artist to one station (and you can create multiple stations). When a song comes on that you love you give it a thumbs up and it plays more songs like it. When one comes on that you hate you give it a thumbs down and it stops playing that song- and NEVER plays it again!
Also? No commercials
And? It’s free! Woot!
So that’s my recommendation of the day. Really really cool. Check it out. Tell me that you love it and that you love me for telling you about it. Send me all your money… wait, was that taking it too far?

I love Pandora too. I have my Tracy Chapman channel which I love. Mine will stop if it has a video it can’t play, though. I hate that.
I adore Pandora. It has a little advertising (mostly pictures). They experimented with brief commercials, but apparently received vicious feedback about that.
If you live in Canada just give ‘em a US zip code.
I’m a HUGE pandora fan! I heard about it a year ago but it wasn’t until last month that I rediscovered it. It’s good for people like me who have no clue about current music to find new groups to love.
Thanks again for joining the B.C. and saying hi to everyone. I’m hoping we can get a really good community going there of thinking bloggers!
