One thing that I’ve been blessed with lots of in my life is sisters. I’ve got seven of them.

1. Rebecca is the second to the youngest.

2. There are 10 years between us.
3. Rebecca played the French Horn in high school.

4. She also ran cross country.

5. She’s going to Russia in a couple of weeks to teach English at a school there. (Picture courtesy of Megan)

6. She’s making me read Catch 22- I’m having a hard time enjoying it- but I feel like my brain is growing.
7. She shaved her head this spring- but had REALLY long hair at one point

8.  She looks like our neice Eve- Eve also cut her hair this spring.

9. She’s the most unmaterialistic person I know

10. Rebecca is a photographer. She took this picture of us. It’s my favorite family picture to date.
11. My kids adore her. Cori refers to her as ‘my becca’.

12. She’s an amazing pianist. In high school she’d practice for hours at a time. (Her ‘helper’ is Megan)
13. Becca works at a group home for mentally handicapped children.

14. She’s currently living in Logan- so we get to see her often

15. Becca drove from Virginia to Utah with us this summer.

16. Rebecca is also a writer. I think she needs a blog- but she probably needs a computer first.

17.  Becca was also a runner in High School.  Apparently I missed the running gene.
18. She’s coming to my house for dinner on Sunday for her birthday- but I don’t know what she wants yet.  I do know that she hates spaghetti sauce- so we’ll not be having that..
19. Today she turns 19. Happy Birthday Becca!
