I need to repent. Can you forgive me?

I’ve been a bad blogger. I’ve got dozens of bookmarks to blogs I read on a regular basis. Well- correction- USED to read on a regular basis. Since school got out (in June) I’ve not really done much blog reading. Well- that’s also about the time I discovered Internet Scrabble as well…. Quite frankly I’ve not done much writing either. Sorry for that. This week I’ve gotten together with some bloggers I really admire and enjoy. I’ve had a blast. We talked about lots of things (4 1/2ish hours at Applebee’s laughing hysterically) and about blogging and I remembered how much I enjoy it. I really do. I’m enjoying making connections with other bloggers too. Cause bloggers are cool. You should blog. The world should blog. If you don’t have one start. Also- I enjoy getting together with other bloggers because I’m feeling lonely and friendless here in The Utah. It’s nice to meet up with people that I feel like I sort of know because I stalk them. Or meet people I don’t know and exchange URL’s (how nerdy am I?) and get to know them better. Agghhh. Pictures coming later. For now you’ll have to go stalk them.

Temporary ? Insanity - she pretends like she’s shy- don’t know who she’s kidding

Twas Brillig- Hey! I know you! Turns out we went to the same High School for a year. We also ‘know’ a lot of the same people. Cool huh?

DeDe- Biggest nerd ever. Well- except for me. Yay! (I mean that in the best way.)

The Lazy Organizer- My favorite kind of friend. Has a kid the same age as mine, and likes to play, and lives 15 minutes from me. Stalky much? I hope I don’t come off as too needy….

Tizarah- Yes that’s her name. Didn’t get to talk as much as I’d have liked before she had to take off. Hopefully we’ll meet again.

Also after these bloggy gatherings (which I’ve desperately needed- and really GNO’s (Girls Night Out) are MUCH cheaper then therapy) I’ve decided I need to investigate blog readers. I hear it’s much easier to keep up to date on stuff. I also hear it’s much easier to keep up to date on blogs when you aren’t addicted to internet scrabble. I don’t know that that’s entirely true…

  1. Was I really that nerdy? Of course, that’s a compliment in my house, so . . .

It was nice to meet you. Kim left me all the cameras, so I’m going to develop them this week, get a cd, and then copy it for everyone.

    Happy Days!

I still have one camera- I’ll develop it tomorrow.  Nerdy is TOTALLY a compliment. I meant it that way of course (and I consider myself to be nerdy too.)

  2. It was SO much fun. I still can’t believe that we were at Appleby’s for so long! It was such a blast though. I could have totally put in another four hours… :-)

  3. That was so fun!!! I wish there was more time!!

  4. Okay, I’m getting a sniffly and heartsick now. I haven’t had that much fun in so long, and I needed it so desperately. You’re definitely one of the coolest nerds I’ve ever met!

  5. So that’s where you’ve been. I wondered where you disappeared to.

  6. NO I think I am pretty much the worst blogger ever. Yep, I suck at it and I know it. You are much better!

  7. You are brave to meet other bloggers! I’ve only ever met one face to face through the blog. She was surprisingly normal. I really should try and meet more bloggers in my area in person but I’m always afraid they won’t be impressed with Sarah in the flesh since she’s not much like her alter-ego that goes nuts on Hollywood Flakes daily. It’s something I need to get over I guess.

  8. I need to repent too. I sometimes cheat on internet scrabble. But only if I am losing really bad and my challenger makes catty trash talk.

I’m meeting my BBFF (Best Blogger Friend Forever) for the first time later this week. I’m kind of giddy about it.

  9. Well…I’m ready too! When do we get to meet?

Everyone needs down time. I best not start the scrabble because I have just that same kind of personality that might get me into trouble.

  10. This world is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too small! I used to “know” your temporary insanity friend. We were fitness buddies for awhile on a mommy board. Crazy!

  11. Yours is the first blog I’ve read in almost a week. Are you impressed? You can stalk me any time. Hopefully I’ll see you at the Library tomorrow although my daughter won’t be there since she’s out of town. We can always just chat if your daughter isn’t interested in playing chess.

  12. hi i enjoyed the read
